We collect your data through contact forms within our website I.e request a quote form, contact us form, enquiry forms etc or by direct email to personal within our company. We also collect data when orders are placed or purchases are made on our website.
Data is also collected when you signup to maintenance packages or ongoing support packages.

The data provided will be used to process your order and for engineers to visit to supply and fit your purchases or to complete A survey of your premises. PRA Security Ltd Will not share your data with any third party without your consent beforehand with only one exception which is if we need a subcontractor to fulfill your order and installation. All our subcontractors would be vetted by us and signed a confidentiality agreement which will protect your data. Any other third party your data will be shared to like credit/ finance companies will be at your request and taken as consent when you choose this option through our website. Any further data will therefore be held by them and not PRA Security Ltd.
PRA Security Ltd will share personal data if requested by law enforcement or other authorities only if required by applicable law.
How Long we hold your data for
Data will be only held by us as long as it is necessary.
Enquiry form data with no ongoing purchases or services from our PRA Security Ltd will only be held for a maximum of 6 months. Data collected from customer purchases of equipment or services will be held for a minimum of 12 months or as long as products warranty last for some data will need to be retained for account purposes for 6 years as of HMRC guidelines. Data collected from customers on a ongoing maintenance package will be held for as long as the life of the agreement is in place and with above HMRC guidelines.

Data from our website is securely stored on our web hosting platform with maximum security encryption and password controlled access. We also store information on our office based systems which are highly secure and password and encrypted protected.
