The smart alarm app has a yearly subscription cost which first years cost is included in the package price. Following year’s price will be £25 per year or free if you sign up to any of our maintenance plans. App subscription is not a requirement for normal functionality of the Alarm and only needed if you require to operate your alarm via phone or tablet and to receive intruder alerts from your system for self monitoring.
